I applied for a SIM held D1AA job well before the job change period started. it still shows under consideration. Why would elite D1A jobs be decided so quickly and a SIM (probably uncontested) job in D1AA still be "under consideration"? Does it matter that I applied before the job change period started? should I withdraw and reapply? I don't want to do that and forfeit the job to another if that would happen, though

My best guess is that someone else also applied or you are not qualified.

I'm definitely qualified. A- loyalty and A reputation trying to go from Dll to DlAA. It now shows my application as denied, and the school I applied to is still SIM. Wt...?

Are you sure you met the amount of wins the school was looking for? When you look at the job screen are you "not qualified" for any openings?

yeah, it says "not qualified" for all of them. SO I'm qualified by the grades they give but having gone 40-6 in three seasons, I'm not qualified for any DlAA schools?

Agreed. Don't think I've ever seen anyone make the jump to DIAA with only 40 wins. Even in the initial seasons of new worlds, when it's a little easier to make those jumps.

IIRC, the least was 45 or so.

That's odd.. I'm pretty sure it's 40 cause that's what I moved up with

got it. I just looked at the grades and thought that was the bar I had to get over. didn't know there was a win total too... oh well, I guess I'll have to wait another season. thanks guys

Sorry... after three seasons - one at D-III and two at D-II.

I'm not sure what that 4th season "buys" you, but apparently it's significant enough to push a lower win-total over the threshold.

Moved up with 41 in Leahy in 3 seasons.. since he has a couple CCs you think that would help as well. I wish I had an exact comparison but from what I could tell he should have been able to move up unless it's 41+ in 3 or 40+ in 4 which sounds odd.
