Surprised those last two guys fell that far. Steals!

Just a schedule note--We WILL stay on the schedule as it is on page one and NOT move it up a day. This will give jbar8888 another day to show up. We will stay OFF THE CLOCK until Wednesday, but everyone can still make theit picks and are encouraged to do so in a timely manner. There will just be no skipped picks until Wednesday when we officially go ON the clock.

If it were my league, I would not advance to the 2nd round without jbar888 or a replacement - and I would be looking for a replacement and swap him out as soon as possible.

jbar8888 has been in all six previous seasons of this league, and has opened his sitemail telling him we have started. I feel very confident that he will still be in the league SpotSell. If he has an absolute meltdown that he was skipped, I will just draft a 2nd team and move it to the NL. Everyone else has picked and is ready to go. I'm not that concerneed.

As for picking into the following round, I allow that practice the entire draft, EVEN if there are skipped picks from the previous round on the board. Once the days picks are made, the draft switches to OFF the clock mode and there can be no skips. Owners who wish to make their following days pick the night before may do so if their turn is up. I have no telerance for skipped picks. Everyone knows the on the clock schedule and can send a proxy list if they think they might miss their time. There is no excuse for missing your time slot as far as I am concerned.
