Here are the rules for Season 9:

1. Pick a Franchises and use only players from that franchise. And use only players from 1960 through 2016. Franchises are NOT exclusive so there can be more than one of each franchise.
2. Pitchers must have a WHIP of 1.10 or higher and a HR/9 of 1.00 or higher.
3. No waiver wire, AAA, trades or clones.
4. DH in both leagues.
5. You can place your teams in either Coors Field or Mile High Stadium.
6. Once 12 people have signed up in forum I will site-mail the league number.
7. After we fill up I will verify each roster to make sure they meet requirements and then do a random realignment. Only potential deviation is that if someone wants two teams I will make sure that each team will be in separate Leagues.

The salary cap is $140 million and you need at least 1700 innings to be safe. Good luck!
