Dumb question: we are not required to take an even number from each award winner's teams? in other words. a majority of the roster could come from
2 or 3 of the available teams?

Good question and you are correct! You are not even required to take one teammate from each team, so technically you could get all 20 teammates from 4 teams if it worked out that way.

Doubletruck needs to double check: since I have chosen Cy winner Arrieta from Cubs, I cannot draft Bryant (Rookie winner), but I can draft Rizzo (no award). Am I correct?

I'll actually create the league after we reach 12 in. . . .and I get a team put together. :) This is harder than I thought. Getting a base of great/very good players is fairly straight forward, but filling in the gaps is tough.

A couple of questions: if 2 players on different teams share an award in a given year, then we can choose players from 6 teams instead of 5? Also, are pitchers eligible as a Gold Glove choice, assuming they haven't won any other awards that season?
