Please remind me how this works with big league roster expansion. If I have guys who only have 3 pro years experience, therefore not on 40 man roster yet, can I call them up at roster expansion and will they be eligible to be on the playoff roster or do they need to be on the 40 before expansion? Thanks.

Any player who's called up needs to be on the 40 man regardless.

Playoff Eligibility Note - In order for a player to be eligible for a spot on the big league playoff roster, he must be on the 40-man roster prior to the date rosters expand. Any player on the 40-man roster but not on the big league roster is then eligible to replace any player injured before or during the playoffs at the beginning of each round.
