This is your basic progressive league.

We need 1 owner to take over the CLEVELAND franchise for the 2003 season. The Draft has just begun.
  • You are allowed to keep up to 29 on your roster
  • AAA - MANUAL DRAFTING OF 4 PLAYERS...meaning owners can draft UP TO 29 PLAYERS and 4 go into AAA
  • Use the proper stadium for your team.
  • Draft order is worst-to-first, with a 4-team lotto for the top slots. (In the case of ties ALL teams included in lottery....no use of tiebreakers)
  • Used "Expected Win Pct" to determine ties in draft order. Lower XWP gets better pick
  • Failure to hit 40 wins by game 120 bumps you to 5th in the next draft
  • FIRST ROUND OF DRAFT: 1- hour time slots
  • SECOND ROUND OF DRAFT until complete: 30-minute time slots
  • Teams are subject to last place in the draft or dismissal for tanking. Tanking can never be defined in black-&-white terms, so basically don't be an ***.
  • Trades can include future draft picks.
