Warner Division 2 is looking pretty stacked this year. After losing in the playoffs to what looks to be the team that perpetually goes to the NC, to play against the other team that has went for like the last 5 seasons, someone want to give some advice to a 2nd year coach on how to dethrone them.

Win the conference championship several seasons in a row, go deep into the playoffs so you have excellent vison and then recruit wisely. Last thing, pray the coaches of those teams leave and no one else picks them up. It also helps to be in a lucrative recruiting area.

Yep. I'd add, schedule your nonconference games where you'll play 5 decent teams, but make sure you go 5-0
