TSU has the highest IQ of any team on this list, a RS Senior QB, and 9 top 25 players by position. Still the team to beat.

Texas State has 12 seniors on the offensive side, the 2nd highest IQ, and 6 top 25 players. Throw in a RS SR QB and a top flight online and this is one of the best offensive units in the country.

Dayton boasts 8 top 25 players and a RS SR QB delivering the ball. I feel that the unit is down a step from the Texas Twosome but still has the talent to score on anyone.

Thanks for saying Martin is a top 5 offense. But defense wins championships so we will see how that plays out come playoff time.

Can you make it 15? Might be the first time a MEAC team or Ark Pine Bluff shows up in the rankings after three rebuilding seasons.

Delayed 1 day or maybe later tonight...moving it back to top 15...after plugging in the #'s from OOC the coaching effect shows up. Teams with less talent but perhaps better coaching are showing out.
