Why is that controversial?

Wake Forest is the team with the players who received massive work ethic boosts due to exploitation of the RS removal glitch.

I.e. it looks like, whether indirectly or not, WIS has essentially endorsed cheating (as they were apt to call it) as a legitimate method of succeeding at HD.

Were his players not reset after WIS fixed the glitch?

Well, one player went from 19 WE to 91 WE to finish his career. I would need Trenton to tell me what's the max WE growth you can get at WE starting at 19, my guess is not much.

has anyone tested to see if the glitch has been fixed atleast?

thewizard17 has already been named National Coach of the Year!

WIS is still diligently researching this issue.

Gas Face to the two coaches who agreed to play wizard in non-con next season.

Well let's see what Lady Karma has to say on the matter...

Going for the 3peat tonight vs. Wake Forest who we beat early in non-conference and knocked out his roided up squad out last year in the E8 where I saw huge WE gains on all his bench players . My guess is 10 of his players on his rosters have had some type of WE boost to them so its going to be quite the struggle.

I'm still at a loss as to why his players weren't rolled back. That's the very least WIS could have done. If Wake Forest happens to win the championship tonight, then what?

Well, to be honest, there are other things :

Whose to say he wins the CT?
Whose to say he is seeded 1?
Whose to say he wins COY?
Whose to say he beats Syracuse in the NT?
Undefeated Purdue?
Top team Providence?

The die is cast. WifS isn't doing anything. Best thing to do, if in Phelan, is to drop your team in protest.

No one will do that.

Never mind the increase in prestige (likely A+ regardless of what happens tonight), signing way better recruits, likely beating his conference mates (and perhaps knocking them out of the postseason), etc.

It will likely benefit them for many seasons (and push others down)...
