If anything keeps Edgar out it will be the same thing that will likely keep Josh Donaldson out - took him too long to develop and he didn't get his career off the ground until around age 27. Limited body of work.

Yup. Long discussion about that today on local Seattle sports talk. dude slashed .300/.400/.500 for a career though. Amazing hitter.
