FYI, in MLB The Show 17, I just had a chance to either "buy" (using game generated credits) either Edgar Martinez or Catfish Hunter.

Can you move your RTTS player into the new game like they did with last year's game? Cuz I'm in season 4 of my players year, broke DiMaggio's record, broke the Single season SB record, and I'm not boutta start all over again like when I had to switch from PS2 to PS3

I was really torn when my son hit the WS game-winning walkoff homer for.... the Dodgers.
I know the feeling, in one of my previous The Show games, I broke into the Majors and batted .400 over the final 100+ games of the season, finished 2nd in RoY voting to my teammate (I'll never forget you Buck David)... for the Giants. In that game they left me off the postseason roster, and in real life they swept my Tigers in the WS.
Moral of story: **** the Giants
