Minor League staffs and SP development Topic

Given some old posts and other discussion with other owners, I've moved to 4 man staffs for some of my teams. The rationale is that games played - seems - to be a factor in development for prospects. So my SP prospects pitch fewer innings per game, but get a lot more starts.

Not sure if this is the best way to go. Any thoughts?

If you believe in appearance, set you best pitchers at SuA with a low 5/5 PC. Seems counter-intuitive, which is why I'm skeptical about appearance based development, but that will get them the most appearances.
