Curious as to what you guys think of this scenario:
Wisconsin wins out.
Notre Dame wins out.
Alabama wins out.
Georgia wins out, but loses a 3 point game to Alabama in the SEC CG.
Oklahoma wins out.
Clemson wins out.
Washington wins out.
Alabama is obviously in if they win out, and they'd be the #1 seed.
You'd think Wisc is an automatic as they would be an unbeaten Power 5 conference champ.
Notre Dame is sitting at 3 now, so they're probably in if they win out.
That leaves one spot for 4 good one loss teams (Georgia, Clemson, Oklahoma and Washington).
Washington is probably the easiest to leave out since their SOS is so poor and they got blown out in the CFP last season.
If a one loss ND is in and their only loss is to GA, can you leave that same GA team out whose only loss was by 3 to an undefeated Bama??
People would scream bloody murder if two SEC teams were in but it would be hard to leave GA out.
Even if you do (since they lost their CC game) and put in either Clemson or OU you are still leaving out two P5 Conference Champs (Pac12 and either ACC or Big12).
No matter which direction you choose there would be such a large amount of people REALLY unhappy, cause in this scenario, at least 2 one loss Power 5 CC are out and possibly three.
