Losing their QB certainly changed the equation. I'm not sure I'd count them out just yet. They still have a lot of talent out there.

FSU has a lot of talent. If their back-up QB can just not screw up, they're still a good bet to win the ACC. I know you only watch CFL but, here in America, the QB is the most important player on the field.

UConn over USF is #2 on my list. TN is at home and Indiana State doesn't run a "gimmick" offense. I have no idea why anyone would willingly schedule Navy/GaTech.

Both COULD still win their conference. But I don't think Auburn has a chance vs. Bama. I don't think Penn State or Michigan looked all that good.
