Who's better scouting, HC or Asst. Coach? Topic

Late in process and I send HC to scout and he comes back with a more negative evaluation of the player than the Asst. Coach had. Who is more likely to be correct? This guy was on the edge and now I wish I wasn't in the running, lol.

I've never sent a head coach to scout. What's the point? The one reason to send an assistant coach is to see if the player has good potential or not. Do the assistant coaches sometimes lie?

You could also send another *** Coach scout and still get a more negative evaluation
