Accidentally offered a start and minutes to the wrong guy. How mad will he get if I remove them? Will I just lose the credit?

If the cycle hasn't processed, I think you can withdraw them both without penalty (I know you can the minutes one, not as certain about starts). If the cycle has processed though, you're basically screwed.

I can't believe that. That's for the info. Just a background option too. If I have extra money down the road can I counteract that?

Prob not. Seble made it super, super difficult to retract promises or scholly offers and then sign the player.
