Oh man, Wilson goes right into my lineup VsL pitching and as a late round sub. I'd be holding on to him until I find someone with a bit better arm (Always looking for 80's in a defensive catcher) but he'll hold out well now.
For Williams on my team, I don't mind that he can't hit. I play in San Diego so my strategy is defense first at CF, SS, 2B with a platoon for my C with one that can hit, one that can field. The caveat with my SS, CF and 2B is that they either have to be able to walk, or steal bases. Bonus if they can do both. Then I put my money into pitching and need 1 guy on the team at either 1B or a corner outfield that is an all star hitter (On base over .350 with 30-50 homeruns a year). Most of my games are won 1-0 or 2-1. Its not the most exciting but it is sustainable. Right now my team is about .500 because I'm only mediocre at pitching and don't really have that big bat. Unfortunately guys like that are very difficult to find.
