She sued Warner Brothers for almost using her name in Blazing Saddles. I don't know how much that speaks to her intellect. I'll give you the beauty part because she was a babe.

blazing saddles is a good movie but to me it is overrated like caddyshack and animal house.

Well, I hold these truths to be self-evident, that anyone who ranks Young Frankenstein, Search for the Holy Grail and Blazing Saddles outside the Top 20 greatest comedies of all time, is clearly insane. I'd order the roast beef at that new deli.

what's wrong with the lowest common denominator??

in all seriousness, I doubt anyone would claim any of those movies are great art or fantastic examples of film-making, but all 3 of those movies are extremely funny (well, extremely funny to me, at least) and sometimes that is all I want or need. (Most of the time, actually)

they are good comedies....ill do a list of 20 great comedies that i think are great.....we dont all laugh at the same jokes....i can tell you that groundhog day while not a pure comedy will be my number 1 comedy.
