Just like the name says, $200 million cap to draft whomever you please. The catch? All goalies used must cost no more than $165,000! Hopefully we will get some scoring out of this. Sure, the high rated d men will limit shots against to some degree, but with $165,000 tenders, hopefully we see some 10-8 games (or better!)! The specifics:

• $200 million cap
• All goalies salaries no greater than $165,000 for the entire regular season and playoffs (Goalies costing more than that are initially blacklisted. They will be available on the waiver wire but you may not claim them).
• No clones
• No ml'ers
• max injuries at 4
• Trades ok-4 to veto
• Relaxed roster requirements
• NEVER PI

Injuries??? Chuck, I LIKE this but wouldn't it be better if you just capped the save pct at maybe 86.9 or something? 165 doesn't get me a full season g.t.

With $200 million to spend, you should have enough to keep more than two or three $165,000 goalies!
