OK. We probably won't get 24 players banned at this pace, so I think we should make an open league as soon as possible and just play. Before we do that, please tell me who else I should ban, for whatever the reason. I will collect names of additional players to ban for 3 days, and then make the league.

I have imported a blacklist recently used by another league and appended it to the original list as suggested by someone. Please let me know if there is anyone else I should consider.

Not any more. You can just join in like any other open theme league.
