Is there a league # yet
No not yet. I'm waiting for the 2017 players to be released. Need Zack Cozart for my Tennessee SS!

Hey guys,

I have an owner interested in using Canada and he was originally signed up for Boddicker's similar theme league which he was nice enough to cancel to help fill this league. Anybody object to allowing a Canadian owner eh? I hadn't planned on using any countries, but Canada is basically the USA...

My only observation is that Canada has about 250 prospects, many fewer than the Californias or even the Carolinas, but Nebraska has only 113. Why not pair Nebraska with the Dakotas or Kansas or Iowa? The Dakotas are not on your league list, so adding them to Nebraska would cause no other changes.

In the past I've paired Kansas/Nebraska but the starting rotation is just not fair!! Nebraska made the playoffs last time I ran this on their own. Even though they have a small player pool, it's quality over quantity with the Cornhuskers.

I was trying to run the league with less combinations and I had to raise the cap because of the dynamic salaries are out of control. It resembles real life!

Nebraska-Dakotas does nothing to make SPs stronger and gives a more equitable number of prospects at 170 (still fewer than other teams' pools).

Now that's an interesting combination that I haven't tried before! Okay you want Darin Erstad and Rick Helling?

I'll take the Nutmeg State...Connecticut...
I'm looking at potential lineups and think Connecticut could benefit greatly from the addition of Rhode Island. I tried to use Rhode Island on their own last time without success. There are some big names born in Rhode Island: Nap Lajoie, Hugh Duffy, and Gabby Hartnett.

Let me know if you'd like to use a Connecticut/Rhode Island combo and I think I'll allow it.

You're a genius! I was trying to get all 50 states represented in this theme and was missing three states from the list of available teams. Guess which 3 states those were???
9/21/2017 10:53 AM
I'd probably combine them with the Massachusettsers
