Hey all,

It's that time of year to start preparing for the end of the baseball season and the release of the 2017 players.

Select an exclusive state from the list below, including a couple combinations, and complete your roster with players born there. All 25 players on your roster must have been born in your state. NO duplicate states allowed.

Rules
  • Seasons: 1885-2017
  • $120 Million cap
  • YES: DH, injuries
  • NO: AAA, Clones, Trades, WW
  • Standard 24 team league with normal playoff requirements.
  • Choose stadium located in your state. If one is not available, choose home stadium of any player on your roster or WIS stadium.
  • Divisions aligned geographically.

No problem Boddicker and thanks for the support! You must have created your theme league right after mine because I checked to make sure there were no similar leagues before rebooting State of Birth.

I always like to run leagues when the new players comes out because it provides great new options! The last couple of times I've managed this league, I chose to use individual states and really cut down on the combinations and countries. States should be able to compete on their own and I'm all for states rights!! :)

I was born in the Keystone State so I will take Pennsylvania. (And that is one of the only things I have in common with the eligible draft pool.)

Welcome to our league! Pennsylvania is a great choice and you get some big names: Stan the Man, The Kid, Mr. October to name a few...:)
