I believe that I read on a forum that for OLineman, better Strength means better run blocking, while better Blocking means better pass protection. In the same regard, which attributes should I look for in RBs when deciding to run inside v. out side and WRs when deciding to pass short vs. pass long?

Look at the help file. there is chart near bottom showing attributes and what they do.
