Just curious what passing in this situation is most effective. I have had success running up the middle on this alignment but never figured out exactly what works passing

Do you mean throwing long to beat DBs, or throwing when DBs are playing long?

Either way, if the opposition has really good DBs, don't throw to your WRs.
