Roster Deadlines

The deadline for getting three teams entered is Sunday, November 26th.

The deadline for getting all six teams entered is Sunday, December 10th.

Not going to start drafting until the new salaries are published. I have a request, don't start the draft the following day give us time to look at the numbers and form a strategy.

Open to thoughts here but the draft lists will be posted well before the salary update (likely this week) and since there is no cap, the only impact the salary change will have is on the order of the stadium round. Due to that I'm not sure a break would do much help. The one counter argument I see is that you may not know for sure which group you will be in until the last day of the playoffs.

Open to hearing more voices on this.

I think the salaries won't matter much, but I do think there should be a decent break between finding out which group you're in and the draft. It would be unfair to ask people to prep for 3-4 different possible drafts.

Though on second thought, maybe the salaries matter too. After the updates, $255M is not "no cap" any more, you could run up against it using some strategies. So we should be given a little bit to see if the salary update forces a change of plan.

I think it will be difficult to hit 255M with these particular drafts, but agree about not asking people to prepare for multiple drafts.

I'm ok with taking some time between the end of Round 1 and the start of the drafts. That shouldn't have an impact on the final roster deadlines, though.

You're right, I forgot about the unlimited cap. Several days after the published lists makes sense. Last year I wasn't adequately prepared for the draft leagues because of the short turnaround.

My last team is in. I was so crippled by indecision on my $90M team that I needed to take a little extra time. Hopefully it was worth it.

I neglected to enter my $80 chain team and have now noticed what I think may be a mistake. Will be in shortly.
