What I find funny or amusing doesn't necessarily mean you, or anyone else, will find funny or amusing. Sort of like the reason for this thread. I thought challenging me 8 minute after beating me in an exhibition was funny. I'm pretty sure he knew I existed in Rupp before that game but he never challenged me until that moment.

Sorry, badluck, not playing that game. Head on back to non-sports and argue with moy over the same thing time and time again.

mike - I think it was not an insult for zorzii to send you a challenge 8(EIGHT) minutes after your exhibition game. If it had been 5(FIVE), then yes. But not 8(EIGHT).

Those three minutes make a big difference when deciding if someone's non-con challenge is actually an insult in disguise.

I learned that reading The Three Little Minutes, an HD fairy tale written by HD hall of famer Grims_BBall.

It had a really good message on talking to your kids about how to deal with it when someone sends you a non-con challenge.

Turns out the time between the end of the exhibition game and the issuance of the challenge is actually crucial. More than six minutes is fine but anything under five is a disrespect so grave that it deserves nothing less than a prison shank as retribution.

Lucky for zorzii, he waited eight. So he's safe here. There are some sim sports cultures that require ten minutes between so he'll need to watch his back if he is ever moved to a new site.

On the other had, had zorzii LOST the exhibition, he would have been free to challenge mike immediately. But, as pointed out in Grims_BBall's second fairy tale, Dynasty and the Seven Challenges, mike would not have been able to accept the challenge without first going into zorzii's conference chat and giving zorzii a humble "wow, I can't believe I beat you, no way that'll happen twice," message.

At that point, mike is free to accept zorzii's challenge without it being an insult.
