Progressive Franchise Twist '88/'89-'90/'91

Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Progressive Franchise Twist.
We will work our way up in three season increments starting with the first season of at least twenty four squads, 1988-1989.

Take any player from any of your teams roster for the three year period we are playing and twist him to any season you choose. For example if I were to select the Golden State Warriors I could use the '83-'84 version of Ralph Sampson since he played for G-State during the '88-'89 season. If you have any questions regarding the concept feel free to inquire.

This league will be a standard $42 mil league and the teams are first come first serve. I am open to the draft concept however should that be the consensus.

This is a quality league and I hope it garners interest. Thank you for reading!

I site-mailed to ask arvid why he would allow twisting of all players, then not give anywhere near enough cap to twist more than 1 or 2, if that. He stated I could ask here, to see if more people would be interested if the cap were in the $47 - $50 million range. Comments please.

The problem with this league concept is there aren't anywhere close to 24 franchises that would have a chance, so it will never fill. It's a fun idea though.

At 42 mil with 3 seasons of team rosters to choose from EVERY team is viable.

Hence me taking the doormat Clippers.
I'll take the worst in the east too.

I believe in the concept.

Also you'll have to put on your thinking caps in this league.

Why take the best guys every league?

Challenge yourself a little. Build a bench.

I have a proposal, after 24 teams have entered having the sim utilize random.org to assign teams to owners.

I am also gonna move the years up 1 to include Orlando and Minny.
