We are looking for a few new owners to join us in season 37 of Glavine 300. We are a very competitively balanced league with little drama and low turnover. The only rule is a 120 over 2 seasons minimum win requirement.

Just 1 team left:

San Antonio Magic (88-74, 2nd place AL South) (https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4008) This team just missed the playoffs this year. This team has a great young core with the top 9 players all under the age of 28.
Tampa Bay Babel Fish (80-82, 3rd place NL East) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4029 This is a solid team with a good balance of minor and major league talent. There is a good core of 80+ overall arb-age players in the Major Leagues to build an instant contender or not overall talent to trade and build for future.
Portland Project (79-83, 2nd place NL West) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4032 This team has 4 really good young players on minimum salary surrounded by a bunch of higher priced veterans. This team could go multiple directions depending on how the new owner wanted to approach it.
Durham Catamounts (69-93, 3rd place NL South) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4023 This team is a rebuild project. Not a lot of ML talent but neither is there much payroll ($<25M committed) There is also some minor league talent to work with.
Houston Havoc (64-98, 4th place NL South) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4022 This team reached 64 wins which was actually the highest total in the last 8 seasons. With all the poor seasons, there are some high draft picks hitting the major leagues now. For example, 22 year old Kensuke Martin. https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/PlayerRatings.aspx?pid=7980248
Montreal Mongooses (82-80, 3rd place AL North) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4002 This is another team that is absolutely loaded with young talent. The top 5 players, all rated 78+, are between the ages of 22-24. This a great team to add to and build a dynasty around.
Kansas City Crush (57-105, 4th place) https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=4004 This is a MWR casulty. The previous owner was very successfully rebuilding team team through IFAs and Draft picks but got a little too aggressive and missed the MWR. For fans of rebuilds, this one will be a lot of fun, because the rebuild is well under way.
