How much value would you place on a IFA like this? I dont ever use 1 pitch pitcher..

3-5 mill tops, he has decent projections but he also could be a bust so I wouldn't necessarily offer too much when there will be better pitchers most likely come along

Assuming you have high enough Intl scouting that you can vaguely trust these numbers, I think this guy is a potential high-end closer. I also value P2 less than just about any owner I know, so take that with a grain of salt.

If I don't have the transfer to go to $25M (and also sign my first round pick on top of a $25M international) then I go as high as it takes to win here (and still sign my first rounder); I might not be able to get anyone better for less than that. If I have the budget for a top-tier Intl then I don't bid at all on this guy, or any relief pitcher intl prospect.

He'll go for more but 8-12m. I care about P2 more than dedel but not that much more. If I could get him and sign my first 2-3 picks without a transfer, I'd feel like I had a good season of acquisitions. My guess, depending on the time of the season, is that he'll go for 15m+.

How about this dude. will his High Control, Velocity, GB and pitches enough to offset the splits?

Player Profile: Francisco Quintanilla is kind of a meh player but also only has 87 control instead of "100" and has much lower vel and gbfb which hurts his ERA... Player Profile: Howie Barber is much more effective. Player Profile: Octavio Melendez is also similar and is also meh

He's a major leaguer, back of the bullpen guy who can pitch a nice number of low leverage innings. Good use of $1-2M at the end of the season when you don't have much else to do with the money.
