Do I need to change some setting? I have run clock on but shouldn't I still kick a FG at half time with 3 seconds left at the 14? I was within my range (50 yards).

Your kicker only has a Formation IQ of 51. I think that factors into things.

Since I'm leaving at the end of the season, I'll share some wisdom with you rdierkers.

Run clock should only be used at the end of the game (2nd half) situation. The engine will only kick on 4th down when Run Clock has been selected, it won't even take a timeout if it thinks you can't score easily.
