Durham Franchise
Previously owned by a nice dude, jjradioguy. This one is in nice shape to be built upon. JJ had spent a number of seasons acquiring high draft picks that are starting to be ready for the ML. Come finish the rebuild. Wayne Hanson is a good, young and cheap piece at the ML level and there are more coming.

AL West
Salem Franchise
Eight straight winning seasons for this group. Salem is a a well run franchise that can go either way. Start trading pieces to rebuild or add a couple new ones and win it all. Tomas Coronado might be the best RP in the league and Julio Melendez is part of one of the best overall staffs in the league.

Seattle Franchise
Jaxng was a great owner in Steinbrenner for a long time. His teams were always a threat to win it all. This current version is no different. Hamlet Reed and Horacio Chavez are just two examples of the depth of ML talent to work with. The minors are pretty well stocked as well. Nice work here!

NL North
Chicago Franchise
This division is very winnable. Any of the four teams can do it with just minimal maneuvering. Phil Matsuzaka is one of the best players we got in Steinbrenner. You can build around him or trade him for a couple new pieces. And, Junior Shaw can flat out rake. I like this situation. Being the GM here would be fun.
