Have they taken feedback into consideration and tweaked their formula at all? Or should we expect more of the same?
10/10/2017 8:59 PM
Expect more of the same. There is no "they" anymore. It's mostly just Seble running the whole show for a while.

Ruth gonna be 27.5m, almost 10m more than where he started

$24 mil Nap Lajoie gonna go up the full 10% again even though no one uses him in caps under $200 mil. This is a disaster

There are problems, which seble has acknowledged and said he will be looking at changing, but it's far from a disaster. 1901 Nap Lajoie, frankly, shouldn't be available for lower cap leagues. The overall useable player pool (and amount of salary cap levels that are interesting to play and require real choices rather than a plug and play team) has increased substantially in the last two years.

With that said, seble doesn't have the resources - yet - to implement the changes that are needed.

We’ve had this debate before. I like the idea, hate the execution. I guess I was thinking the prices would rise and fall continuous. But I was dead wrong, they just exploded sky high.

Also, I think I made a decent team with 1901 Nap Lajoie in a $100 mil league just to see how he’d dominate, but just like the Silver King challenge in OLs, it restricted the rest of my team. I’m gonna need those extra $3mil when he goes up again

I'd be quite happy to see the super-cookies go up another notch once or twice more, before they do any dampening.

Mike,

We're now targeting next week for that update.
10/11/2017 11:18 AM
So, why did they say it would happen 10/11? Do they not understand new leagues are forming continuously and the salaries and fill times matter? Unbelievable.

Also, have they never heard of blacklists to ban specific players from Theme Leagues? What is their goal of raising the salaries of everyone to limit their viability that a black list couldn't have provided? My old Theme Leagues of $140 mil caps are long gone...now equivalent to $180 - $200 mil caps. Obviously, not a happy camper right now.
