Is WS home field advantage determined by record? If so, what's the tiebreaker?

Yes and no. Division winner gets it over wildcard regardless of record. Which is odd.

Tie breaker is head to head. Then division record I think.

FWIW -- Cust support said that it goes by playoff seed first, then by overall record, then random.
