Interesting, that would be nice actually if this were true. I was on the road during this frustrating episode so I can buy it.

The player's fatigue level at the time the FT's are taken plays a role if I recall correctly. So a B FT shooter over time should shoot a better percentage at Fairly Fresh than that same player would shoot over the long term if Tired.

i believe that admin stated years ago that fatigue had that effect

and I think I see it anecdotally - but hard to prove
