Game 25: The Bucks avenge their loss at Utah with a 117-100 victory over the Jazz at home. Giannis scores 37; Middleton and Bledsoe contribute 20 each.
Game 26: The Bucks find the Pelicans' twin towers too much to deal with, dropping a 115-108 game in New Orleans.
Game 27: The Bucks allow the Bulls a ridiculous number of offensive rebounds and suffer an embarrassing home loss to Chicago.
Game 28: Giannis leads the Bucks in just about every category, helping the team hang with Houston, but in the end the Rockets prevail, 115-111.
Game 29: The Bucks survive a 19-0 run by the Cavs and rally to beat Cleveland 119-116 at the Bradley Center.
Game 30: A late injury to Kemba Walker helps the Bucks score the last nine points of the game to take a 109-104 win over Charlotte in the first of a back-to-back series.
Game 31: With Giannis sitting out (knee soreness), the Bucks don't have enough to get past the Hornets in Charlotte, losing 111-106.
Game 32: Giannis returns, but the Bucks choke up another home game to the Bulls in a post-Christmas embarrassment.
Game 33: The Bucks unexpectedly blitz the T-wolves in the fourth, outscoring them 27-12 in that period to steal a 102-96 win.
Game 34: Milwaukee chokes up an early 20-point lead against a Thunder team playing without Jeff George, but Freak wins it at the end with a dunk (the refs helpfully ignore that he stepped out of bounds on the play). Bucks win 97-95.
Game 35: The Bucks start the New Year in Toronto, losing 131-127 in overtime as deRozan scores 52 for the Raptors.
Game 36: The first home game of 2018 goes much better, as the Bucks whip the Pacers 122-101.
Game 37: The home rematch with Toronto is not very good. Outscored 43-19 in the third quarter (nice halftime talk, Coach), the Bucks are blown out.
Game 38: The Bucks bounce back to beat the Wizards in DC, 110-103. Giannis scores 34; Wall and Beal shoot 12-38 for Washington.
Game 39: Apparently nobody told the Bucks what time the game started; they get down by 20 early and stay there until narrowing things a bit at the end. 109-96 loss at Indy.
Game 40: The bucks return home to face Orlando, taking a big lead in the third and surviving a near-collapse in the fourth to beat the Magic 110-103.
Game 41: The Warriors come to town and play without Steph, but it doesn't matter. Durand takes over and Golden State runs away in the fourth, 108-94.
