He's the King. He makes broad statements to his underlings about how to do his bidding. His underlings, fighting their way up the ladder, do what they do. He doesn't know the specifics. But he knows what's going on.

Like a mob boss saying "Yeah, we don't need that guy talking to the cops." He didn't order the hit. He simply suggested that a guy be silenced.

Pitino is a joke. But the death penalty from a Miami fan. Miami in the 80s probably makes 2017 Louisville look like the Disney channel.
