run down every important substantive issue.
look at issues of protecting democracy.
look at obstruction when in charge.
look at hypocrisy.
look at frankin and tell me the republicans would do that.

dino, do you not know the difference between fact and opinion? Your opinion on all those issues is better to you. It is not better to everyone.

sometimes you are supposed to know what you know.

opinions are for things where there are 2 sides.

there are'nt always 2 sides...... for example to climate change or sensible gun control.......not 2 valid opinions.......because not a choice......not in a rational and civilized country or world.....you have to get your head around that.

just because you don't see both sides, that does not mean there are not two sides. I think that is one of the problems with this country today. Most people only see their side of things, and are unwilling to even consider that the other side may have a different point of view that is as completely valid to them as your point of view is to you.

there have always been those with that philosophy in times of true crisis.......others say it is right from wrong.

If there aren't 2 sides, why don't you tell us your full "rational and civilized" plans for gun control and combating climate change. Since there's no ambiguity.

How to balance the long-term need to preserve our planet's wellbeing and the short-term need to preserve our economic wellbeing is a very delicate question and it's probably a moving target (it makes sense to ratchet up the pressure on industrial polluters when the economy is strong, but this is potentially disastrous in a poor economy). You're right. There aren't 2 valid opinions. There are probably hundreds of valid opinions.

the point was not about the plans but to take action asap that isnt lip service or bs lies.
cant get to plans if plans are being thwarted.
your so called pragmatic approach is a recipe for assisted suicide.
