Thanks for getting it right. We need to remember that is is a waste of time to debate, or argue back at those who just post insults.. because... they can. It is fruitless. No offence to Uofa2; but his comment is a good example . Not good for much else, however

In Canada, about 450,000 (I think we are a tad healthier) So we need to compare the real numbers and express them as a percentage of total deaths. I bet much < 1 percent.. IF you kick out those who were already at death's door with Pneumonia, Pleuresy et al.
