REAGAN is better right now because he had 8 years. TRUMP is VERY impressive at this point for several reasons.

NEITHER one had the support of the ESTABLISHMENT Republicans but Reagan had less NUTJOB lib dems to deal with. Tie.

NEITHER one had the support of the lying fake disgusting media, but BOTH are supported by the American people. TIE.

I think this is worth considering when electing anyone to office. Do they really care? Or are they on a power trip? Trump does not need the money, or the power. He sees the peril the US is in, and sees the devil at the door.

By the way, it's ridiculous to frame free healthcare and education as some apocalyptic policies. Most of the rest of the world has it. Not hard.

About Health Care:

US definitely needs a workable Health care plan. I hear of families who had to sell their homes, just to pay for a heart operation, perhaps a bill of $250.000. Their private health care provider refused to pay because of some technical glich. Greed and dishonesty are big in the Insurance 'game' The big downside is that Government will tell them what they can and can not charge. Then comes more government interference with the H C system, and it becomes a mess. How serious is this?

I had Kidneystones 20 years back. I waited in Emerg for over an hour, totally in pain that cannot be described in words. In Canada, we have much 'featherbedding' and I was referred to not one, but three specialists.. and finally after over 2 months of living hell, I got the things blasted..
1) No specialists were needed.
2) Basket retrieval could have been done right there in MSA Hospital on the same day..
THAT is how a girl in Texas had her kidneystone removed. SAME day s he went in..

So if the US does go with taxpayer funded health care. I hope they can do it right.. and if your taxes go up by 8 per cent, give thanks. and remember, FREE healthcare does not exist. The money has to come from somewhere
