You really think she wasnt a better option? Why?
The lies - yes, all politicians do, but I believe her's are more frequent and more severe
The cheating - see DNC funds and rigged Democratic Primary
The thievery - just what did happen to all the Clinton Foundation money and how did the Clintons get their huge increase in wealth
The elitist attitude - far too many comments to list that show she feels she's above the rules that apply to everyone else
The hypocrisy - try to discredit Trump over events and comments far less severe than those of her own husband
How's that for starters?
This doesn't really make HRC a worse candidate than Trump since it can all be applied to Trump as well. They were and are both rotten candidates.
They definitely both were bad candidates, but HRC was definitely the worse candidate of the two. She is proven to be a poor public official. Trump was and still is a wild card. I didn't follow her career at all as a senator as I was in the 9th grade when she was first elected and a senator across the country was of no interest to me, but her record as Secretary of State was very poor. Little was known about Trump's abilities in elected office. Economically, it appears that the right candidate was elected. It is still early, but we are on pace in Trump's first year to double Obama's best year in GDP growth. It's all speculatory whether there is a correlation between our renewed economic prosperity and Trump, but the one thing you can't argue are the stats. Reagan, great economy. Bush 1, average economy. Clinton, great economy (arguably better than Reagan's). Bush 2, atrocious economy. Obama, worst post recession economy in our country's history. Trump, on pace to match Reagan/Clinton economy.
