And he THEN agreed to release the aid/funding."

I just had another idea. While we're waiting to pass trade deals we could also wait to do infrastructure and health care and prescription drug costs and jobs and housing. We can just be big babies and try to hurt everyone. Our parents and relation and neighbors and community and work place.
