The blacklist doesn't work, SO:

Don't draft the following:
  • Skaters who played less than 75% pgp
  • Goalies over $4.5 million
  • Duggan 95, Langlois 83, 91
Easy, use the Limits in the search box and you won't go wrong

RULES:
  • Your defenceman's D totals have to add up to no more than 500
  • You can have Mario Lemieux or Gretzky but not both
  • If you don't have Wayne or Mario, you can clone 2 forwards.. one time
DESCRIPTION:
  1. No M/L
  2. Trades on 24 to veto
  3. WW on (watch for D rates if moving a D)
  4. No Injuries/susp
  5. No shootout
Finally:

The cap is already at $112 million

Looks interesting! I really like the no shootouts thing. I'll start cooking something up, should have the team ready to go sometime this weekend.

The rules aren't too confusing. Gets rid of the vanilla as you say! Not too experienced yet but I see why those players could be an issue. Just wanted to clarify on one simpler thing though....

Lots of ways to go with this draft,Taj, but stay away from the D rate 54 back enders ;) and I LIKED Jerry Korab. Vancouver was STUPID not to keep him.. seventies

This is ridiculous ,now you`re saying who can play and who can`t? How many more rules you gonna put in ? If Mario takes a dump before 10AM on Tuesday mornings is he legal ?

I am actually trying to make a theme what won't have 24 teams with the same guys. That's why the D adding to 500 rule. I know you don't like too many reg's, but Mike, I can't please 'em all. If this theme suxx, I just made another one that is 99m.. it's on the board here

Take a look, and I think you will like it

Oh, Mario can dump right up to the start of the National Anthem.. but if he poops his shorts after the faceoff, he is ejected by the SIM.
He also gets to clean up the mess
