Am I the only one noticing when I put 0 minutes of practice time in, the ratings don't drop? I was trying to hold back my 2 juniors from declaring early, but the ratings are staying in place.

depends on their WE - guys with good WE usually wont drop at that stage - weak WE will see drops.

he noted with a certain irony

Also depends on how much growth is left. I do 1 in reds all the time with no drop

Uhm upperclassmen certainly do regress, for coaches playing by the rules. Hope CS is looking into this...

Thecheater17 is up to something nefarious again.

I have a junior that's still in green for LP. 0 minutes or practice and not even a point drop. It's been about 22 games into the season.

whats his we?

Giving a guy who is green in LP no minutes and no practice ... seems like cutting off your nose to spite your face.

those WE's in the 70s make it hard to see a drop - if only they didnt have such high WE's

Above is the player in question.

If you noticed, I gave 0 minutes in low post during his freshman year and he dropped 3 points. During that season he went from a 47WE to a 55WE.

Currently in his junior season, after about 22 games, I finally gave in and starting working on LP. Knowing that he was sitting around 43 on the draft board and there were a bunch of seniors not gaining or sophomores that were likely staying that were just below him, mostly in the 44-60 position on the draft board.

But my question was is it most definitely work ethic related or did WIS put in place a measure from dropping ratings on certain individuals during their junior year?

could be an unforeseen side effect of repeated red shirts

what could anyone say about practice time that would be reported?

The second one was that giving zero minutes to a guy who was still green seemed like a bad idea. Not sure what the first one was.

It was just mike calling thewizard a cheater so he blocked the posts.

Ah. It is amusing that the problem now is that WE is too high!
