All D-men must be from 1917 through the 1949-50 season inclusive. Also, several defensive "bargains" have been blacklisted: D-men 80 D or over who are under $5 million; Forwards 75 D or over who are under $1 million; and Gretzky/Lemieux. No ww or MLers, no PI, trades allowed.

Cap is $100 million. 32365 is the league number.

Blacklist is all set up. Let me know if you have questions.
