I highly recommend Jacksonville. Its a lot easier recruiting in a state with 3 elites as a 1AA than it is in many other areas. In Florida you have the 3 elites, S. Florida and 1 mid-major in the state. So from my experience you have far less poaching by 1A teams then you do elsewhere. And there are some very good recruits in the area that the elites just don't want.

I wanted to get back to the challenge of recruiting in the desert at UTEP is why I left Jacksonville. But I enjoyed my time there.

Well given Wilkinson is the "greatest thing since sliced bread" and I don't have a conference rival anymore I would think it's the best I can do to fill that void.
