Is there a way to estimate how much a SP recovers in a single cycle? I have an ace SP that is 65(90) with a 27 durability. I am in a division chase and I want to use him for the next game instead of my SP5 to clinch the division. Any thoughts? As a side note what is the difference between the numbers outside the parentheses and inside?

Durability of 27 should mean he gains 25-27 each cycle. The number outside the parentasies is his current health. Inside is what it will be after the next game.
