I have a RS junior running back that has his WE maxed at 100% ad no he was not a STL.

Maxed out WE isn't that rare. I was commenting on the 17 point increase in one season; I don't think I've seen more than one or two break 12 points.

Wasn't an STL. Although with his WE, his ratings have skyrocketed like an STL.

He did have above average potential
