I am ready to draft. Question? when the teams meet in the WS AL vs NL how does the DH work? Also is it a serpentine 5 player draft?
Like in regular season games, DH is used in AL home games and not in NL home games. The draft will NOT be serpentine -- the player with the worst team selected gets the first pick in each of the 5 rounds.

If I understand the divisional alignment correctly, teams like BOS, NYY and CLE will most likely be AL East and HOU, TEX AL West. Is that the idea?

Exactly... as close to real life as possible, as long as 1 division doesn't have 5 teams representing it.
