So where did we land on whether or not Judge got screwed?
Some people still think the Yankees wouldn’t have made the playoffs without Judge even after I provided facts that he is the #1 reason they underperformed.
Er... yeah sure.
I blocked d_rock because his posts made this forum dumber than it normally is with BL and the occasional "hit and run" drop-ins from Perfesser dahs.

Claiming that Aaron Judge actually hurt the Yankees raises d_rock to BL level on the stupid scale.

Nice job, d_rock. You set a goal, and you achieved it. Yay for you!!!

I think its safe to say you can throw away any comment that includes the phrase "I provided facts" by any user at any time.

Aaron Judge: 208 strikeouts, most in baseball. Altuve: 84 strikeouts.

Altuve is the MVP.

Obviously. Maybe if Judge didn't strike out so much he'd be more valuable and win an MVP.

In other words, “I have acknowledged d_rock’s post about Aaron Judge only shows up when the outcome is already decided, aka, a stat padder, and have nothing to rebuttal with, hence I’ll start the namecalling.”

Easiest W of my life.

Oh come on, a block? I hadn’t even started sharing my memes of recent school shootings

:(

But you do recognize that you're the new jtpops, right? Maybe dumber.

I see him more as a BL wannabe.

"Hey guys! GUYS!!! I wanna argue, too!!! Can I, please!! I'll say stupid **** and everything, I just want to be part of it all! Okay???"
11/22/2017 7:36 AM
There is a lot of that, he did say the floods in Houston were a good thing in order to try to be "controversial", but he never adds anything but dumbassery. BL is about 90% dumbassery, 10% info. jtpops is 100% dumbassery like drock.

Believe it or not there's an article out there that's the statistically "proves" that Judge cost the Yankees games. D-rock outlined it with the 1 run games.

But once again with these bullshit statistical articles it ignores some of the obvious points. The biggest one being that they wouldn't have had 91 wins in the first place if it hadn't been for him. He performed at an elite level for almost the entire year and convince the Yankees to keep the team together. It led to them making the playoffs. The second being that he is only one of nine batters in those one-run games. They all did pretty badly.

D_rock is okay with me. We can all agree. BL takes it to a whole new level though. But I don't need to explain why.

Does the article imply that he should have tried to turn some of his 208 strikeouts into other kinds of outs?

I need to know BL's take on this.

Did Judge's 1.049 OPS, his 171 OPS+, and his 8.1 WAR actually hurt the Yankees?

I’m just glad we finally agree that how Judge made his outs doesn’t matter.
11/22/2017 8:57 AM
I haven't agreed to that. Why would you think that I have?
11/22/2017 9:04 AM
Because we NEED BL to explain what we think/mean. And he's more than happy to get up early to help us out. Thanks, BL!!!!

Oh ok. I guess you’re the one who thinks Judge should have made different types of outs.
