I have a player on Cal Davis who was third team all-conference and, wait for it, ***second team*** all-American. How does the coding for awards manage to botch that? Are there differing criteria? So confused
our conference is pretty much better than the rest of the world

Why does anybody care if somebody changes teams? I can't see how it would make a bit of difference to anyone.
The "problem" is not with him changing teams. The problem is with him taking all the credit for the success of the teams that he's taking over. He's riding on the coattails of the previous coach who built the program, and he's inheriting the school's prestige which makes it a bit easier to maintain success.
I've read dumber posts but not often and not recently.

1. How is he taking credit? Where are the "kneel before ab" threads?
2. Prestige in D2 is so easy to attain and maintain all he is doing is saving a season or two.
3.Just because someone does play the way you want them to play doesn't make it a problem.

ab90 has won 16 titles. Don't kid yourself. You are fundamentally wrong with what you are claiming.

I think tec is thinking more about ab90's HBD experience.

I think AB90 is one of the best coaches in this game. Obviously, the0nlysis and teamvip have been dominant recently. Darnoc, oldresorter, and oldman are also legends. Who else is at the top of the HD hierarchy right now?

To be fair, it is pretty easy to win a championship when you take over the #2 squad in the country.

qb is clearly the best coach in 3.0 imo.

It's a pretty good headstart.

Sure.

But what does that have to do with winning 16 of them?

What does one have to do around here to get any respect >.<

Buddha is in a different category of DI greatness. Easier but yet SO much harder to sustain success because of EEs. AB90 is in the DII/DIII category.

thewizard17 sez you're a filthy cheater.

One can look at that one of two ways:
1. You have to consider the source
2. He'd know one when he sees one

There are worse 'Cherry Picking offenders' on here. Some folks have ONLY won titles with other people's rosters.

I don't think I've ever consider ab90 to be a good coach; just someone who capitalizes. I can't fault someone for wanting to be successful in this game, but it can't be as much fun. He'll have another great shot at winning a title with Grand Canyon in Knight this season. I guess I play the game differently and that is probably why I haven't won a title yet.
